With the full RTX Spark superchip, codenamed the N1X, users can expect up to 20 Grace CPU cores and 6,144 RTX Blackwell GPU cores, alongside up to 128 GB of unified LPDDR5x memory.

The GPU is connected through NVLink-C2C to a 20-core Grace CPU, which Nvidia says was custom-built with MediaTek. The CPU architecture uses Arm, the same architecture that powers Apple Silicon, most smartphones, and an increasing share of cloud servers.


The Performance Numbers: Gaming, AI, and Everything Between


RTX Spark delivers 1 petaflop of AI performance, 6,144 Blackwell RTX cores, 20 Arm-based CPU cores made in collaboration with MediaTek, and support for up to 128 GB of unified RAM with a 600 GB/s memory bandwidth.

One petaflop. To put that in accessible terms, that is one quadrillion floating point operations per second of AI compute, packed into a laptop chip.

According to representatives of MSI, one of the first hardware manufacturers to make an RTX Spark-powered laptop, the integrated GPU is roughly equivalent to an Nvidia RTX 5070 GPU.

For gamers, RTX Spark promises 100 fps at 1440p in the latest games, directly from an integrated chip with no separate discrete GPU required.

Which Laptops and Desktops Will Use RTX Spark


Nvidia's initial plan includes more than 30 laptops and 10 desktops with the new chip, debuting in the fall on a fresh line of Windows PCs from Microsoft, Dell, HP, ASUS, Lenovo and MSI.
